Borgue GTX tested by Andy Callan, Walking World Ireland, March/April 2008:
"Not a manufacture you would normally associate with technical mountaineering. brasher's range took a large leap forward with the release of its first crampon-compatible boot, Aso, recently."
"The Borgue is another boot from their Performance range intended to bring the brand on from their traditional "Brown Boot" market. It's comfortable straight from the box, as you would expect from a brasher model, and the uppers provide plenty of support at the heel and ankle. The big toe bumper protects the front of the boot and the sole unit is fairly stiff to support the foot over rough ground."
"I can thoroughly recommend it as a walking boot."
